My daughter and I decided that we begin with baby steps that is to start with walking. We even bought similar sweat pants to motivate us. Well, the plan remains a plan up to this day. 😀

You can have plain or fruit juice mix everyday. Seasonal fruits are a good source of fluid and excellent thirst quenchers. We don’t need to be adept on Symbol LS2208 to know that our body needs at least 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday. Letâ€™s drink (more water) to good health!
