A few weeks before I graduated from College, my friend and I applied for a job in a small publication company. (This job came before my short stint at the Philippine News Agency). Our initial assignment then was similar to those who perform accounts executive jobs. My friend and I were made to deliver letters to potential clients. The letter contains information about the magazine and ad placement rate. We would only get a percentage of whatever the clients will pay if ever they will place an advertisement to our magazine. I think I only stayed in that job for only a week because we were not given anything not even transportation fee meaning we have to shoulder our fare back and forth the clients’ office.
