If not for my weight loss journey, I would not have developed a liking for drinking lots of water. I sparingly drink water only after eating or when I’m thirsty. But now I can gulp down two glasses of water (500ml) in one sitting. What can I get from drinking lots of water? Besides keeping me hydrated, water has helped me lose weight. It fills my tummy fast and makes me feel full so I tend to eat less. And it helps me lessen my cravings for soda, instant juices, and other sugary beverages. I can say that water is my new best friend.
