Start the day right

Exercise is one of the things that I look forward to everyday. I feel that I have started my day right when I exercise. If I can’t do it in the morning, I find time to do my 20-minute exercise in the afternoon. It’s exhausting, but the benefits I derived from the few minutes of exercise is so worth the muscle and joint pain. Exercise keeps me awake and not sluggish in the morning which gives me enough time to write some articles, like the one I’m writing now about luminaire lighting.
