Here is a series of Pilates exercise that can work the mid-section.
These abs workouts are somewhat more stationary that more conventional ones. Here you lie on the flow and reach up with your hands and feet, reaching to the sky. Then you put your feet down and try to lift up without moving your feet or hands. Then lean back down without making your back touch the floor and feet slightly up going into a ‘boat’. These exercise a gear towards the belly and while doing it you will feel the burn, practice every day and you’ll get better.
