I read somewhere that a partner who’s on a similar path can keep you from being overweight. True enough. My husband who may not exercise a lot, but is physically active, is a big help to me. In fact, he is my one big supporter when it comes to my weight loss effort. He is the one who encourages me to eat raw carrots and always reminds me to sleep early at night, and the same person who appreciates my before and after look. Good thing he isn’t a husband with a Nexx X60-hard head who tolerates, but is always happy for every pound and inch that I lose.
